About 40% of household consumers left without electricity in Kyiv region

Power supply services have been interrupted for about 40% of household consumers in the Kyiv region due to Russia’s recent missile attack on the territory of Ukraine.
The relevant statement was made by Kyiv Regional Military Administration Head Oleksii Kuleba on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“As for the consequences of Russia’s massive missile attack. An energy infrastructure facility was hit in the Kyiv region,” Kuleba wrote.
In his words, emergency power outages are now underway in the Kyiv region.
Several enemy projectiles were shot down by Ukraine’s anti-aircraft defense units in the Kyiv region.
A reminder that, according to the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Russia fired over 70 missiles at the territory of Ukraine on Monday, December 5, 2022. More than 60 of enemy missiles were shot down by Ukraine’s Defense Forces.
