In temporarily occupied Luhansk, the regional hospital is overcrowded with wounded Russian soldiers.

"In Luhansk, the regional hospital is overcrowded with wounded Russians who are brought there constantly. They are even hospitalized in gynecological and maternity wards," the Luhansk Regional Military Administration posted on Telegram.

In addition, according to the Administration’s data, the invaders regularly report the opening of heating points, in particular in Alchevsk, Luhansk, Sorokyne, Briants, etc. In the recently captured territories, such measures were announced only in Bilovodsk and Novopskov.

"Not a single announcement was made in the towns with the most destroyed infrastructure – Rubizhne, Lysychansk, and Sievierodonetsk – where the heating system was destroyed by the Russians. People are left alone with the frost," the report reads.

In Sievierodonetsk, another list of addresses of empty apartments in the town, in which collaborators will be settled, was made public.

"In the announcement, the owners are requested to appear at the ‘administration’ and give consent for the residence of unknown persons for a period of three years. If you don't show up on time, they don't need your consent. What the occupiers are exactly counting on, knowing that 90% of the town's population left for safer regions of Ukraine," the Administration notes.

In addition, construction workers from the Russian Federation recently inspected Kreminna town. They saw the destruction and declared that there was no point in rebuilding the town.

As reported, most of the beds in healthcare institutions of the so-called "LPR" in Luhansk region have been repurposed to provide assistance to wounded Russian soldiers, hospitals are overcrowded with militants.
