Russians launch missile strike on Sumy region, destructions reported

In the evening of December 9, 2022, Russian troops launched a missile strike on the Sumy region’s Velyka Pysarivka community.
The relevant statement was made by Sumy Regional Military Administration Head Dmytro Zhyvytskyi on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“A missile strike on the Sumy region. Around 09:00 p.m. [December 9 – Ed.], Russians struck the Velyka Pysarivka community. There are serious destructions in civil infrastructure. The further details to be reported later,” Zhyvytskyi wrote.
A reminder that, on December 9, 2022, Russian invaders launched 48 strikes on the Sumy region.
