Ukrainian paratroopers destroy enemy positions near Bakhmut

This is said in a report posted on the Telegram channel of the Ukrainian Air Assault Forces, according to Ukrinform.

"Assault units of the 71st Separate Hunting Brigade of the Ukrainian Air Assault Forces, together with other units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, took up enemy positions outside Bakhmut," the report says.

At first, the invaders' fortifications were covered several times by artillery and mortar fire.

"Then the paratroopers carefully take up enemy positions. They completed the final resistance of the Russian invaders. In general, about a dozen invaders were eliminated," the report says.

As reported by Ukrinform, the Armed Forces of Ukraine eliminated about 96,000 Russian invaders in UKraine from February 24 to December 14, 2022.
