Russian troops on Thursday targeted critical infrastructure in two districts of Kharkiv.
Oleh Syniehubov, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, said this in a post on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
"Kharkiv and the Kharkiv region are under the attack of enemy missiles. According to initial information, four missiles, probably S-300s, hit the Nemyshliansky and Osnoviansky districts. Critical infrastructure is targeted. Rescuers are working at the scene. Information about the destruction and casualties is being clarified," the report said.
Early on December 29, Russian troops attacked Kharkiv with S-300 missiles.
