Ukraine’s Air Force shoots down 58 enemy missiles, 1 helicopter, 4 UAVs on Dec 29

The press service of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said this in a Telegram post, Ukrinform reports.

"According to updated information, 58 of 70 cruise missiles were destroyed during yesterday's massive missile attack launched by the Russian occupation forces. In addition, three reconnaissance UAVs and a Mi-8 helicopter were downed by air defense forces of the Air Force in the eastern direction," the report says.

It is also noted that an Orlan-10 UAV was destroyed in the sky over Kyiv region during yesterday’s attack. The occupiers planned to use UAVs for aerial reconnaissance and detection of Ukrainian air defense positions.

Earlier, it was reported that Ukrainian air defense forces shot down 54 of 69 missiles fired by Russians.
