
Invaders deploying more military equipment in Berdiansk
That’s according to Petro Andriushchenko, the adviser to the Mariupol mayor, who reported the news on Telegram, posting the relevant photos and videos from the streets of Mariupol, Ukrinform reports.
"Intensified military movement toward Berdiansk continues. Every day, on average, up to 10 tracked vehicles are transported in the direction of Berdiansk. Also, intensified movement of trucks carrying soldiers, alive so far. Now it’s mostly troops from Russia, the ones openly mobilized," Andriushchenko wrote.
According to the official, Russian commanders tell their subordinates to buy SIM cards for their cell phones from a local mobile operator Phoenix, operating in the occupied areas, and to switch off Russian SIM cards.
In addition, the mayor's adviser noted that the invaders began to build a fortification line in the area of the village of Rozivka in Zaporizhia region at the administrative border with Donetsk region.
As Ukrinform reported, Russian invaders have been gradually turning the temporarily occupied Mariupol into a military base.
