Russian forces shell border community in Sumy region with mortars

Early on December 31, the Russian army attacked a border community in the Sumy region with mortars.
Ukraine's Operational Command North said this in a post on the messaging app Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
From 10:10 to 10:48, there were reports of 14 hits, presumably from a 120 mm mortar, in the Novovasylivka area.
There are no losses among military personnel and equipment. No information was received about civilian casualties or damage to civilian infrastructure.
Early on December 31, the Russian army also shelled the Krasnopillia community in the Sumy region with artillery.
