Russians shelling Donetsk region along front line, casualties reported

The Russian invaders were shelling intensely Donetsk region along the entire front line last night and this morning, damaging hospitals, shops, and apartment blocks. Civilian casualties have been reported.

"At night and in the morning, the Russians intensely fired along the entire front line... Two people were killed in Horlivka direction and another one was injured in Bakhmut. In Chasiv Yar, a high-rise building was destroyed, four more houses and a hospital building were damaged. A five-story building was damaged in Soledar, no one was injured," Pavlo Kyrylenko, Head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, posted on Telegram.

In Donetsk direction, Kurakhove was hit several times. Six private houses, two shops, and equipment at an infrastructure facility were damaged. Marinka came under intense fire as well. In the morning, several explosions were recorded in the old part of Avdiivka. No casualties were reported.

"In Lysychansk direction, the Russians launched S-300 missile attack on Lyman and fired at Torske and Zarichne, damaging a house. Fortunately, there were no casualties," Kyrylenko added.

As reported, Donetsk region is under constant Russian shelling and has problems with electricity, heat, and water supply.
