U.S. ambassador, U.S. Army Europe and Africa Commander talk assistance to Ukraine

U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Bridget Brink during a meeting in Germany with the commander of the U.S. Army in Europe and Africa, Darryl Williams, discussed further actions to help Ukraine to fight off Russian aggression.

That’s according to a tweet by U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Bridget Brink.

“As the U.S. President said, the U.S. will help Ukraine to achieve success on the battlefield and we are with you for as long as it takes. Great discussions yesterday in Germany on the way forward with Gen. Darryl Williams, U.S. Army Europe and Africa Commanding General, in Wiesbaden,” Brink tweeted.

As U.S. media reported, earlier, President Joe Biden confirmed to journalists that Washington is looking into the possibility of transferring Bradley Fighting Vehicles to Ukraine. According to a senior U.S. official, they could be included in the next military aid package to be announced later this week.
