Zelensky: We will have another Patriot battery and powerful armored vehicles

"In particular, I want to thank today President Biden and Chancellor Scholz for the decision to strengthen our defense, it’s a very important decision. We will have another Patriot battery and powerful armored vehicles – this is really a great victory for our country. All the details and deadlines will be revealed tomorrow after my conversation with Mr. Chancellor," President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said in his address.

He also wrote on Twitter that Germany makes a significant contribution to the interception of enemy missiles.

"Thank you for the decision to provide Ukraine with a battery of Patriot air defense system. Taking into account the previously delivered IRIS-T system and Gepard anti-aircraft gun, Germany makes a decisive contribution to the interception of all Russian missiles!" Zelensky posted.

As reported, preparations for the transfer of Patriot system have already begun, and Ukraine expects it to be deployed as soon as possible.
