Sumy region struck by Russian projectiles 37 times over past day

On January 17, 2023, Russian troops launched mortar strikes on three communities in the Sumy region. Generally, 37 explosions were reported.
The relevant statement was made by Sumy Regional Military Administration Head Dmytro Zhyvytskyi on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
In particular, Russian invaders shelled the Bilopillia community twice. Twenty-six mortar shells hit there.

Seven explosions were recorded in the Nova Sloboda community, and four in the Krasnopillia community. No casualties or destructions were reported.
