Russia’s Orion UAV destroyed in Kherson region

The Ukrainian anti-aircraft defense systems have destroyed Russia’s Orion unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) in the Kherson region.
The relevant statement was made by the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“Around 03:00 p.m., February 9, 2023, the South Air Command’s anti-aircraft defense forces destroyed an enemy Orion unmanned reconnaissance and combat aerial vehicle in the Kherson region,” the report states.
A reminder that, according to the data from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, a total of 1,967 enemy UAVs have been destroyed since the Russian invasion started.
