Macron says warplanes may be sent to Ukraine, but not in coming weeks

French President Emmanuel Macron warned on Friday that, even if Ukraine's European allies decided to send fighter jets to Kyiv, they could not be delivered in the "coming weeks".
That’s according to France 24, Ukrinform reports.
"I don’t rule anything out... but it doesn't meet today's requirements," Macron said after the EU summit in Brussels, which was attended by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
This week, Zelensky traveled to London, Paris, and Brussels, asking leaders for more modern weaponry for his troops to fight off Russian aggression.
Ukraine submitted the relevant requests for Western-made military aircraft, longer-range missiles, main battle tanks, and artillery munitions.
