Enemy strikes 12 settlements in Kharkiv region, using aircraft in Vovchansk

Russian troops shelled at least 12 settlements in Kharkiv region over the past day.

"Over the past day, the Defense Forces units repelled Russian attacks in the areas of Hrianykivka and Synkivka settlements. At least 12 settlements, in particular Vovchansk, Novomlynsk, Dvorichna, Kupyansk, Hrianykivka, and others, came under enemy fire," Oleh Synehubov, Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, posted on Telegram.

In Vovchansk, the enemy used fighter aircraft and artillery. In Kupyansk, shelling damaged private houses, garages, and a car. Fires broke out.

"A 44-year-old woman was injured in the shelling of Velykyi Burluk. She was hospitalized in moderate condition," Synehubov reported.

As for the missile attacks on Kharkiv launched after 23:00 on February 16, the workshops of an enterprise were damaged by a blast wave.
