Two districts come under enemy fire in Dnipropetrovsk region

Two districts have come under enemy fire in the Dnipropetrovsk region, namely Nikopol and Synelnykove. Two civilians were reported injured.

The relevant statement was made by Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council Head Mykola Lukashuk on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“The occupiers shelled the Nikopol, Marhanets and Myrove communities with heavy artillery. In the Marhanets community, a 70-year-old man and a 63-year-old woman were injured. They were taken to hospital with shrapnel injuries,” Lukashuk wrote.

In one of villages, a fire broke out in a residential house due to the enemy shelling. Firefighters promptly extinguished it. Household buildings were damaged; two cars and a motorbike were destroyed. Additionally, nine detached houses were seriously damaged.

In the Myrove community, Russian projectiles destroyed a household building and a tractor. Four detached houses, gas pipelines and power grids were seriously damaged. Civilians remained unharmed. About 360 household consumers were left without electricity. Power supply services were partially restored.

In Nikopol, the damage caused is yet to be checked. No casualties among civilians were reported.

In the Synelnykove district, Russian invaders struck the Velykomykhailivka community with heavy artillery. A power transmission line was damaged. Civilians remained unharmed.
