Russian troops attack village in Zaporizhzhia region

In the evening of March 19, 2023, Russian troops opened fire on the Zaporizhzhia region’s village of Novodanylivka.
The relevant statement was made by Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“Rashists have shelled the Polohy district’s village, where mostly elderly people are remaining,” the report states.

In particular, Russian projectiles hit a household building in the yard of a house. Fortunately, the owners were not living in their house, as they moved to a safer area.
Firefighters were working at the scene to extinguish a fire caused by the enemy attack.
