Russians hit Kherson region 74 times in past day. Civilian killed

Over the past day, March 23, the Russian army shelled Kherson region 74 times.
As Oleksandr Prokudin, Head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, posted on Telegram, the enemy launched 74 strikes, firing 423 heavy artillery and Grad MLRS shells.
Russian troops shelled Kherson city four times. "Twelve shells slammed into residential neighborhoods, private houses, apartment blocks, and a healthcare facility. Unfortunately, one person was killed," Prokudin wrote.
Over the past day, 87 more people were evacuated from the areas of the region liberated from the invaders.
