Kherson region comes under enemy fire 49 times, nine civilians injured
The relevant statement was made by Kherson Regional Military Administration Head Oleksandr Prokudin on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
According to Prokudin, the enemy fired 210 projectiles with heavy artillery and the Grad multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS).
The city of Kherson came under enemy fire three times. Thirteen Russian projectiles hit residential areas, detached houses and apartment blocks, as well as a local school.
“Unfortunately, casualties were reported. Nine people were injured,” Prokudin noted.
Additionally, 91 more people were evacuated from the Kherson region’s de-occupied areas.
A reminder that, on March 25, 2023, Russian invaders shelled a humanitarian aid delivery point in Kherson. Two civilians were injured.
