Zelensky on explosion in St. Petersburg: It is Russia that should think about it

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has said that it is Russia that should think about an explosion at a St. Petersburg cafe.

The head of state told this to journalists during his trip to Yahidne in the Chernihiv region to mark the one-year anniversary of the liberation of the village from the Russian invaders, according to an Ukrinform correspondent.

"I don't think about what is happening in St. Petersburg or Moscow. It is Russia that should think about it. I am thinking about our country," Zelensky said.

Earlier reports said that Russia's Investigative Committee had announced the arrest of Darya Trepova, a suspect in the explosion at a cafe in St. Petersburg in which Russian propagandist Vladlen Tatarsky was killed.

On Sunday, April 2, an explosion rocked a St. Petersburg cafe owned by Yevgeny Prigozhin, the founder of the Wagner private military company. Pro-war blogger Vladlen Tatarsky was killed in the blast, and 32 people were injured. Video footage showed a woman, probably Trepova, passing a statuette to Tatarsky. There is speculation that the statuette had been filled with explosives.
