Zelensky visits military hospital in Chernihiv region, presents warriors with state awards

During a working trip to the Chernihiv region, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky visited a military hospital and talked to the defenders of Ukraine, who are undergoing treatment after injuries they received in combat, namely in the Donetsk direction.

The relevant statement was made by the Office of the President of Ukraine, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

German Vice Chancellor, Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Climate Action Robert Habeck visited the military hospital together with the President of Ukraine.

The Head of State presented state awards to the servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

“Thank you for your courage. I wish you a speedy recovery, and I wish all of us victory,” Zelensky said.

In addition, the President of Ukraine met with military medics and presented them with state awards.

“Thank you for your important work and saving the lives of our warriors,” Zelensky noted.

The Head of State and foreign guests examined the health facility’s equipment, namely a modern CT scanner provided by the German government.
