Two men injured in Russian shelling of Zaporizhzhia region
"According to the investigation data, on April 8, 2023, at around 10:30, military personnel of the aggressor state, using means of warfare prohibited by international law, struck the towns of Orikhiv and Huliaypole in Zaporizhzhia region with aerial bombs. Two men aged 56 and 67 were injured," the Zaporizhzhia Regional Prosecutor's Office posted on Facebook.
Outbuildings and private houses were damaged, windows were blown out by the blast wave. The premises of an enterprise and the adjacent territory were partially destroyed.
Under the procedural leadership of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation was launched into the violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1, Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
As reported, the enemy launched 65 strikes on Huliaypole, Orikhiv and adjacent settlements over the past day.
