Ukraine forces down Russian drone over Sumy region

Ukraine’s defense forces in the Sivershchyna area shot down a Russian unmanned aerial vehicle.
That’s according to Operational Command North, Ukrinform reports.
"On Sunday, April 9, anti-aircraft units shot down a Russian unmanned aerial vehicle, tentatively the Zala 421-16e type, over Sumy region," the report reads.
As Ukrinform reported earlier, Ukraine’s Defense Forces eliminated nearly 178,150 Russian aggressors from February 24, 2022 to April 9, 2023, including 470 in the past day.
