Russians attack civilian boat in Kherson region
Head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Prokudin wrote it on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
"In one of the settlements of the Beryslav community, a 20-year-old man and a 20-year-old girl, ignoring the restrictions on the departure of small boats introduced under martial law, ignoring the threat of shelling by the occupiers from the left bank, tried to go out by boat into the bay," he wrote.
Russians immediately attacked the boat, dropping an explosive grenade from a drone. Both local residents were seriously injured. Ukrainian military urgently evacuated them to a hospital where they are receiving medical care.
"I would like to draw the attention of the residents of the Kherson region to the fact that restrictions on the use of water transport and any watercraft are primarily aimed at saving your lives. Do not neglect the martial law rules, do not endanger yourself or those who will rescue you," Prokudin added.
As Ukrinform reported earlier, the Russian army attacked eight regions of Ukraine over the past day.
