The aircraft of Ukrainian defense forces launched eight strikes on Russian military personnel and equipment concentration areas in the last 24 hours, as well as a strike on the enemy's anti-aircraft missile system.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said this in a morning update posted to Facebook, according to Ukrinform.

On April 10, Ukrainian defenders shot down an enemy Mi-24 helicopter and nine UAVs of various types, whereas units of missile troops and artillery hit a Russian troop and equipment concentration area and the enemy's ammunition depot.

"Despite numerous losses in equipment and manpower, the enemy does not give up waging a war of aggression. It continues to focus its main efforts on conducting offensive operations in the Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka and Marinka areas. In the last day, our defenders repelled 52 enemy attacks in the said areas," the report reads.

Russia continues to disregard the laws and customs of war, so the probability of missile and air strikes on targets across Ukraine remains high.

In total, in the past 24 hours, the enemy launched 39 air strikes and seven missile strikes, including four strikes in Kramatorsk from S-300 air defense systems. Russian forces also used multiple rocket launchers 47 times to fire on the positions of Ukrainian troops and civilian infrastructure.

The Russian occupiers continue to increase the pressure on Ukrainian citizens in the temporarily occupied territories. Recently, in Snizhne, Donetsk region, employees of the city hospital who did not receive Russian passports have been dismissed.

Meanwhile, in Enerhodar, Zaporizhzhia region, local residents must obtain permission to move around the region. Those who applied for passes are subject to increased checks by the occupiers for their involvement in Ukraine's defense forces. In some places, the invaders even search people's homes.
