Two civilians killed as Russians shell Dvorichna in Kharkiv region

In Kharkiv region, the Russian army shelled the village of Dvorichna in Kupiansk district, killing two civilians and injuring another one. Law enforcers launched criminal proceedings.
The Prosecutor General's Office said this in a post on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
Thus, according to the investigation, on Wednesday, April 12, Russian forces shelled the village of Dvorichna, killing a 71-year-old local man and injuring a 63-year-old woman.
At 15:40, the invaders struck the village again, injuring a 75-year-old man. The victim was taken to the hospital, but it was not possible to save him.
In Dvorichna, enemy strikes also damaged residential buildings.
Law enforces have started pre-trial investigations into violations of the laws and customs of war (Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
