Ukrainian forces destroy seven Russian drones – East Air Command

Ukraine's military destroyed seven Russian drones on the evening of Tuesday, April 18.
That's according to Ukraine's East Air Command, Ukrinform reports.
"As of 22:00, units of the anti-aircraft missile forces and mobile groups of the East Air Command destroyed seven enemy UAVs, including six Shahed-136 kamikaze drones. Six drones were neutralized near Zaporizhzhia, and one more was shot down on the outskirts of Dnipro," the report said.
Andriy Yermak, President Volodymyr Zelensky's chief of staff, and Zaporizhzhia region governor Yurii Malashko earlier noted the effective work of the air defense forces.
The air raid alert in the Zaporizhzhia region was declared at 22:40 and lasted for more than three hours.
