The Russian military is burying explosive barrels and mining areas near infrastructure networks in the temporarily occupied territory on the Left Bank of Kherson region, in Nova Kakhovka and Kakhovka.

The Deputy of the Kherson Regional Council Serhii Khlan wrote this on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.

"Do you remember the information that Russians leave barrels with unknown contents at the crossroads of occupied Nova Kakhovka? Later it was discovered that they [barrels] were explosive," Khlan said.

According to him, Russians are now doing similar actions in Kakhovka and in the suburbs of Lyubymivka: they are mining areas near infrastructure networks.

Khlan also noted that the return of the so-called "administrations," as happened in Kakhovka, ended up that ordinary "specialists" receiving people. Collaborators are still in Henichesk and only occasionally visit for the picture.

As Ukrinform reported, the Ukrainian Armed Forces liberated the right-bank part of Kherson region, including the city of Kherson. Part of the region, located on the left bank of the Dnipro River, is temporarily occupied by Russian troops.

On Arabat Spit, on the border with Crimea, Russian aggressors began to build a new powerful defense line.
