President visits Ukraine's border with Belarus and Poland

Border guards demonstrated the work done since the beginning of 2022 to strengthen the border with Belarus within Volyn region.
The President also inspected an observation post and the two-level trench system on the border. On the observation post, it was demonstrated how round-the-clock surveillance of the border line is carried out with the help of remote video surveillance systems. The Head of State was shown systems for detecting unmanned aerial vehicles.
The President spoke with military personnel of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine and presented them with awards, in particular, the orders of Bohdan Khmelnytsky 3rd degree, For Courage 3rd degree, as well as the medals For military service to Ukraine.
The fallen border guards were commemorated with a minute of silence.
As reported, on Tuesday, President Zelensky visited a healthcare facility in Poltava region where wounded Ukrainian defenders are treated.
