Arms and ammunition: Ukraine's CinC, NATO's supreme allied commander discuss priorities

The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Valerii Zaluzhnyi, and NATO's supreme allied commander and commander of U.S. forces in Europe, General Christopher Cavoli, have discussed priority areas regarding weapons, equipment and ammunition.

According to Ukrinform, Zaluzhnyi said this in a post on Telegram.

Among other things, Zaluzhnyi informed Cavoli about the operational situation at the front. Both parties agreed to continue the dialogue and actively interact in the future.

Zaluzhnyi thanked the general for his constant support and assistance.

Another meeting of the Ukraine Defense Contact Group in the Ramstein format will be held on April 21.

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said that during the event, NATO Allies will make new commitments regarding the supply of weapons to Ukraine, as well as the provision and maintenance of the systems that have already been provided to Kyiv.
