Zelensky thanks border guards for their resilience and strength

The border guards were the first to face the enemy on the state border and engage in battle with enemy forces.
President Volodymyr Zelensky wrote this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
“Since the first days of the war – not only since February 24, but also since 2014 - border guards have been bravely defending Ukraine. They were the first to face the enemy on the state border and engage in battle with enemy forces. Real heroes who have successfully completed and continue to complete hundreds and hundreds of combat missions,” Zelensky wrote.
The President thanked the border guards for their resilience and strength "they show every day, every hour, every moment."
On April 30, Ukraine marks the Border Guard Day.
