Twenty-five civilians injured in Russia’s missile attack on Dnipropetrovsk region

Twenty-five civilians, including three children, have been injured in Russia’s overnight missile attack on the Dnipropetrovsk region.

The relevant statement was made by Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration Head Serhii Lysak on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“The enemy attacked the region with missiles. Seven of them were shot down by the East Air Command. But, some of them hit the targets. The Pavlohrad district was affected. According to the preliminary data, twenty-five people were injured, including three children,” Lysak wrote.

In his words, an industrial enterprise was damaged in Pavlohrad. A fire broke out, but rescuers had already extinguished it.

Nineteen apartment blocks, 25 detached houses, six secondary and pre-school educational institutions, and five stores were reported seriously hit.

In addition, destructions were recorded across the Pavlohrad district’s communities. About 40 residential houses were damaged in the Verbky community, two in the Yurivka community, as well as a school in the Mezhyrich community.

According to Lysak, all emergency services are working at the scene.
