Invaders attack Kherson region 71 times in past day, two civilians injured
Oleksandr Prokudin, the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, wrote this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
"Over the past day, the enemy launched 71 attacks, firing 363 shells from heavy artillery, Grad MLRS, tanks, UAVs and aircraft. The enemy struck the city of Kherson 11 times," he noted.
According to Prokudin, the Russian military targeted the residential quarters of the region and the territory and building of a plant in Kherson.
"As a result of the Russian aggression, two people were injured," the regional governor stressed.
He also added that 54 more people were evacuated from the territory of the region liberated from the Russian invaders.
As reported by Ukrinform, on April 30, Russian forces launched 39 attacks on Kherson region, one person was killed.
