Three people have been killed in enemy shelling of the Kherson region on May 2.
According to Ukrinform, the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office said this in an update on its Telegram channel.
"Three residents of the region were killed and five more were injured," the report said.
According to the investigation, on May 2, Russian troops shelled the city of Kherson and several villages in the Bilozerka community.
Oleksandr Prokudin, head of the Kherson regional military administration, earlier wrote on Telegram that a 28-year-old man had been killed in the shelling of Veletenske.
"The Russians shelled the Bilozerka community. The enemy once again shelled the villages of Kizomys and Veletenske," he said.
