Ukraine’s defense chief boasts of “robodog” employed in demining
The corresponding video was published on Facebook by Minister of Defense Oleksii Reznikov, Ukrinform reports.
"We are strikingly different from orcs. First of all, we strive for the future... One such example you can see in the video is a robot that is used for humanitarian demining and other humanitarian missions. By the way, the ‘dog’ is, among other things, incredibly playful," minister wrote.
According to Reznikov, Ukrainians are “exceptionally” brilliant and everyone helps the Army as best they can. Modern creative solutions are conceived in garages these days. "Actually, as it once was with such ‘business giants’ Jobbs, Wozniak, or Gates..." he wrote.
Advanced projects, unmanned technologies, ACS — we have really advanced in these regards.
Reznikov reported that the other day he saw firsthand “what our boys and girls create. Well, the speed of their products is something unreal, it’s around 150-170 km!
"Our unmanned EYES see the enemy everywhere. Reconnaissance drones prevent the enemy from catching our soldiers off their guard, while our aces operate their attack drones,” Reznikov added.
Not only combat tasks are important, the minister noted, adding that rescue operations, humanitarian demining — “all this will save the lives of Ukrainians.”
“And we must continue to move in this direction," minister emphasized, thanking the partners, who contribute to making these projects work.
