Ukrainian artillerymen, territorial defense destroy Russian mortar squad in Ukraine’s east

The Territorial Defense Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine posted this on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.

“The Russian occupiers thought that they could shell Ukrainian positions with impunity. However, aerial scouts of the 103rd separate territorial defense brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine raised their drone into the air and not only detected the active operation of an enemy mortar, but also quickly transmitted the coordinates to their comrades from the 45th separate artillery brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The enemy's mortar squad was destroyed," the report says.

As Ukrinform reported, from February 24, 2022 to May 3, 2023, the Defense Forces of Ukraine eliminated about 191,940 Russian invaders, including 520 soldiers in the past 24 hours.
