Ukrainian forces shot down drone over Kyiv

An unmanned aerial vehicle was shot down over Kyiv during an air raid alert.
The Kyiv City Military Administration wrote this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
"During the recent air raid alert, an unmanned aerial vehicle was detected over Kyiv. The object was shot down by air defense forces and means," said Serhii Popko, the head of the Kyiv City State Administration.
The information is being clarified, he added.
As reported by Ukrinform, an air raid alert was announced in Kyiv and the region. Later, explosions were heard in the capital.
