Maliar commented on the issue on the air of the national telethon, Ukrinform reports, referring to liga.net.

"If you look at the dynamics of Russia's actions and the war in general, there is no change in tactics at the moment. Russia is acting to the extent of its capabilities," she said.

In particular, the Russians are now setting up the production of certain types of weapons and testing them. “What may appear to us as some kind of a tactical change is actually the course of the war as per their capabilities," Maliar believes.

"Once capabilities increase, they do something else, and once they’re on the decline, they put something on hold, but this doesn’t indicate any new tactics," she explained.

According to the official, the military considers the latest strikes as "highly likely testing and reconnoitering our air defense capabilities."

The strikes are setting the ground for future attacks, Maliar believes.

As Ukrinform reported earlier, the Russian Air Force conducted air strikes targeting two villages in Kherson region, employing guided aerial bombs.
