One killed in Russian attack on Vovchansk

Russian troops shelled the border town of Vovchansk in the Kharkiv region, killing a civilian.
Oleh Syniehubov, head of the Kharkiv regional military administration, reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
"The enemy fired artillery again at civilians in the town of Vovchansk. Unfortunately, a civilian was killed by this shelling. According to preliminary information, one woman may still be under the rubble," Syniehubov said.
Emergency services are working at the scene of the attack.
Vovchansk has been under attack after Ukrainian forces liberated the town in September 2022.
