President holds Supreme CinC Staff meeting to hear report by General Syrskyi

According to Ukrinform, President Volodymyr Zelensky wrote this on Telegram.

“A meeting of the Staff.  We heard the report by General Syrskyi, whose units stopped the enemy with overwhelming force and even pushed them back in some directions," Zelensky said.

General Oleksandr Tarnavskyi also reported on the current situation in the areas within the responsibility of the Tavria operational and strategic group of troops. Zelensky noted that the areas within the responsibility of the Odesa and North groups are also under control. The meeting participants determined the groups’ priority needs, as well as were informed about the pace of equipping new brigades with military equipment and ammunition.

At the meeting, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valerii Zaluzhnyi, Minister of Defense Oleksii Reznikov, representatives of the General Staff and Minister of Strategic Industries Oleksandr Kamyshin also reported on the current situation.

"All our long-term contracts for the supply of ammunition and missiles have been reconciled," Zelensky emphasized.

As reported by Ukrinform, President Volodymyr Zelensky in his traditional evening video address thanked the Ukrainian defenders for their effective work in eliminating the occupiers.
