Ukraine is interested in involving as many countries as possible in the implementation of the Peace Formula, but any peace plan must be based on Ukrainian proposals.

President Volodymyr Zelensky stated this at a joint press conference with Federal Chancellor of Germany Olaf Scholz, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

"The war is taking place on the territory of our state, and therefore any peace plan will be based on Ukraine’s proposals. This is our clear position, this is Ukraine's plan," the head of state said.

He reminded that he presented Ukraine’s Peace Formula at the G20 summit in Indonesia last year.

"As for other states that want to show and are already showing these or other initiatives. We do not need many various plans, because we have one Ukraine, and one war, and it is [taking place] on our territory. Therefore, it is necessary to be based on our plan," the President emphasized.

At the same time, he noted that Ukraine is interested in the participation of as many countries as possible in the first summit of the Peace Formula, the work on the organization of which is already ongoing.

"We are ready for discussions, for any proposals, but only on our site," the President added.

As reported, President Volodymyr Zelensky is visiting Germany on May 14.

In November 2022, President Zelensky presented the 10-step Peace Formula.
