In Zaporizhzhia region, woman killed in Russia’s shelling of Huliaipole

In Zaporizhzhia region, a 68-year-old resident of Huliaipole was killed in Russia’s shelling.

Yuriy Malashko, the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, wrote this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"Unfortunately, a 68-year-old resident of Huliaipole died from injuries sustained during the shelling," the post reads.

In Stepnohirsk, three people - men aged 44, 51 and 70 - were injured in enemy attacks. They were taken to a medical facility where they are receiving all necessary assistance.

In total, the enemy launched 90 strikes on 16 populated areas across the region over the past day: 82 artillery strikes on Huliaipole, Huliaipilske, Novoandriivka, Novodanylivka, Bilohirya, Shcherbaky, seven MLRS attacks on Zaliznychne, Stepnohirsk, Malynivka, Poltavka, Kamianske, Stepove and an airstrike on Malia Tokmachka.

At least 31 objects were destroyed or damaged, including homes and property of civilians.

As reported by Ukrinform, Russian troops shelled 16 towns and villages of Zaporizhzhia region close to the front line over the past day.
