Russian projectiles cause damage to residential houses in Sumy region’s Hlukhiv
The relevant statement was made by the Ukrainian Prosecutor General’s Office on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
Law enforcement officers launched a pre-trial investigation for the violation of laws and customs of war (Part 1, Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
In particular, on the night of May 27, 2023, Russian troops opened fire from the territory of Russia on civil infrastructure in the Sumy region’s Hlukhiv.
As a result, the roof of an apartment block was damaged, and three detached houses were left with their windows blown out, fences and walls hit by the debris.
Prosecutors, in cooperation with other law enforcement officers, are documenting the effects of the enemy attack.
A reminder that, on May 26, 2023, Russian invaders shelled seven border communities in the Sumy region.
