In the village of Kozatske of the Nova Kakhovka community in Kherson region, a 61-year-old man was killed in his own home due to shelling.
That's according to the press service of the Kherson Regional Military Administration on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
" Due to the shelling of the village of Kozatske of the Nova Kakhovka community, a 61-year-old man was killed in his own house," the report says.
It is noted that about a dozen explosions occurred in Zolota Balka, where a private house and outbuildings were damaged by enemy shells.
As reported, under the procedural guidance of the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation was launched into the violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with premeditated murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
