Since the beginning of the occupation of Mariupol, the Russian invaders have already demolished more than 300 residential buildings that they damaged.

This was reported by the Mariupol City Council on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

"A nation of destroyers! While the Russians blew up the hydroelectric power plant, collaborators in occupied Mariupol continue to demolish the houses of residents... In all districts of occupied Mariupol, houses are being demolished, leaving ruins and pits in their place. Civilians are left without their homes, waiting for housing. Since the beginning of the occupation, more than 300 houses have been demolished," the statement said.

In particular, in the Central District, Kotlyarevskoho Street, 6, where an apartment building used to stand, is now a vacant lot. The building was heavily damaged by Russian shelling during the blockade of the city, and now it has disappeared from the map of Mariupol.

The same fate befell the high-rise buildings at Heroichna Street, 31, and Anosova Street, 12.

"Peaceful and happy life for the residents of these buildings is now a thing of the past. Russian occupants bring pain, hatred, death and destruction," the city council emphasized.

As you know, Russia's aggression has caused one of the biggest humanitarian disasters in Mariupol. The city is almost 90% destroyed as a result of enemy shelling, and there is still no normal supply of electricity, water or gas.

In addition, the invaders are demolishing the buildings they have damaged to hide the traces of their crimes.
