Armed Forces of Ukraine successful in advancing in Tavria direction

The Armed Forces of Ukraine make progress in Tavria direction.

"Tavria direction. Active work of the defense forces is underway. Our forces have successes and advance," General Oleksandr Tarnavskyi, the commander of the operational-strategic group of troops “Tavria”, posted on Telegram.

Tarnavskyi noted that missile and artillery units performed 1,794 fire missions during the day.

"Over the past day, the enemy lost more than five companies killed and wounded," the commander noted.

Eighty-eight units of enemy military equipment were destroyed and damaged, in particular, Ka-52 helicopter, 11 tanks, 20 IFVs, two armored personnel carriers, three 2A65 Msta-S howitzers, 2A65 Msta-B howitzers, Zala unmanned aerial vehicle, Shahed-136 unmanned aerial vehicle, Orlan-10 unmanned aerial vehicle, BM-21 Grad MLRS, Zhitel anti-aircraft missile system, four Akatsiya self-propelled guns, Gvozdika self-propelled gun, Solntsepyok flamethrower system.

Five enemy ammunition storage sites were also destroyed.
