Russians shell border area of Sumy region – 17 explosions recorded

At night and in the morning, Russian troops shelled border settlements of Chernihiv and Sumy regions.
The Operational Command North reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
In Chernihiv region around 04:50, seven explosions were recorded in the area of Yanzhulivka settlement. Presumably, an unguided air missile was fired from a helicopter.
In Sumy region between 00:00 and 00:40, seven hits, presumably from a 120mm mortar, were recorded in the area of Znob-Trubchevske settlement.
From 07:15 to 07:30, three hits, presumably, from barrel artillery, were recorded in the area of Bachivsk.
There has been no information about losses among the local population or damage to civilian infrastructure.
As reported by Ukrinform, Russian invaders launched attacks on nine regions across Ukraine in the past day. Civilian casualties were recorded.
