Enemy focusing its efforts on four directions, 30 engagements recorded in past day
This is stated in the morning report by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
"Over the past day, the enemy launched a missile and air strike on the territory of Ukraine, using three Kh-47 Kindzhal air-launched ballistic missiles, three Kh-22 cruise missiles, and four Shahed-136/131 kamikaze drones. Three kamikaze drones were destroyed by the air defense forces and means. In addition, the enemy launched 49 airstrikes and about 50 MLRS attacks," the report reads.
Meanwhile, Ukraine’s Air Force launched seven strikes on enemy personnel clusters and four more on enemy anti-aircraft missile systems over the past day.
Missile and artillery units hit an enemy command post, four personnel and military equipment clusters, two ammunition depots, a fuel depot, 23 artillery units on firing positions, two electronic warfare systems, and two communication nodes.
In Volyn and Polissia directions, the operational situation has not changed significantly.
In Sivershchyna and Slobozhanshchyna directions, the enemy launched airstrikes on the areas of Ohirtseve and Pletenivka in Kharkiv region. Mortars and artillery were fired at Novovasylivka, Stepne, Vorozhba, Kindrativka, Andriyivka, Pysarivka, Nova Sich, Slavhorod in Sumy region; Udy, Veterynarne, Hraniv, Kozacha Lopan, Pletenivka, Tykhe, Varvarivka, Budarky, Chuhunivka, Ambarne in Kharkiv region.
In Kupyansk direction, the enemy carried out unsuccessful offensive operations in the direction of Synkivka. An air strike was launched near Kyslivka. Odradne, Kolodiazne, Krasne Pershe, Fyholivka, Novomlynsk, Dvorichna, Zapadne, Masiutivka, Kyslivka, and Berestove in Kharkiv region came under enemy artillery and mortar fire.
In Lyman direction, the enemy carried out unsuccessful offensive operations in the direction of Bilohorivka, Luhansk region. Airstrikes were launched in the areas of Nevske in Luhansk region; Ivanivka, Torske, Bilohorivka, Dibrova, Spirne in Donetsk region. Nevske, Dibrova, Bilohorivka in Luhansk region; Torske, Serebrianka, Verkhniokamyanske, Spirne, Rozdolivka in Donetsk region came under artillery fire.
In Bakhmut direction, the enemy launched airstrikes near Bohdanivka, Bila Hora, and Pivnichne in Donetsk region. Ray-Oleksandrivka, Vasiukivka, Orikhovo-Vasylivka, Novomarkove, Chasiv Yar, Ivanivske, Ozarianivka, Pivdenne, New York in Donetsk region came under enemy artillery fire.
In Avdiyivka direction, the enemy carried out unsuccessful offensive operations in the areas of Sieverne and Avdiyivka. Airstrikes were launched near Avdiyivka and Nevelske. Artillery was fired at Lastochkyne, Avdiyivka, Karlivka, Pervomayske, and Nevelske in Donetsk region.
In Marinka direction, the enemy carried out offensive operations in the direction of Marinka and Pobieda in Donetsk region, had no success. An airstrike was launched near Krasnohorivka. At the same time, artillery was fired at Maksymilyanivka, Marinka, Heorhiyivka, and Pobieda settlements in Donetsk region.
In Shakhtarske direction, the enemy launched an air strike near Zolota Nyva, Velyka Novosilka, and Blahodatne. Paraskoviyivka, Novomykhailivka, and Blahodatne in Donetsk region were struck.
In Zaporizhzhia and Kherson directions, the enemy continues to hold the defense and focuses its main efforts on preventing the advance of Ukrainian troops. The invaders tried to restore the lost positions in Makarivka area in Donetsk region. Airstrikes were launched in the areas of Storozheve, Makarivka in Donetsk region; Levadne in Zaporizhzhia region. Artillery was fired at Novoocheretuvate, Makarivka, Storozheve, Zelene Pole, Temyrivka in Donetsk region; Levadne, Chervone, Huliaypole, Charivne, Novoandriyivka, Stepove, Pyatykhatky in Zaporizhzhia region; Zolota Balka, Mykhailivka, Dudchany, Ivanivka, Sadove, Molodizhne, Bilozerka, Antonivka, Kherson, Dniprovske in Kherson region.
