Ukraine’s Defense Ministry suggests that Russian soldiers run to aid of their comrades in Russia

The Ukrainian Defense Ministry believes that it would be far safer for Russian soldiers to run to the aid of their comrades in Russia instead of confronting the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The relevant statement was made by the Ukrainian Defense Ministry on Twitter, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine is wondering why russian soldiers are still sitting in muddy trenches rather than running to the aid of their comrades on both sides of the conflict. That would be far safer than confronting the Ukrainian army,” the ministry wrote.
A reminder that, on June 23, 2023, the Wagner Group’s leader, Yevgeny Prigozhin, announced a demarche against the Russian military leadership, namely Russia’s defense minister Sergei Shoigu.
