Russian army attacks Bilozerka in Kherson region, woman wounded
That's according to the Kherson Regional Military Administration on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
"The Russian army attacked Bilozerka, a civilian woman was wounded," the message says.
The military administration informs that a 71-year-old woman who was in the yard was injured in the shelling. She was hospitalized with a leg injury.
As noted, the enemy hit the building of a local music school. Private houses, a gas pipeline, and nearby power lines were also damaged.
As Ukrinform reported earlier, Russian troops fired 95 times at Kherson region over the day, firing 644 shells from mortars, artillery, Grad, tanks, drones and aircraft. One person was killed and seven were wounded.
The morning shelling of residential areas in Kherson and Antonivka with prohibited incendiary munitions damaged a water supply system, a gas pipeline, a critical infrastructure facility, and burned down residential buildings.
In the fall, the Ukrainian Armed Forces liberated the right-bank part of Kherson region, including the city of Kherson. The part of the region located on the left bank of the Dnipro River was temporarily seized by Russian troops.
Residents of the liberated right bank of the Kherson region, which is under enemy fire, are urged to minimize their time in open space, as most people are injured while on the street.
